Items sold during sales are not applicable for returns or exchanges (unless there is a manufacturing defect).
Please note, the product colour might slightly vary from the images due to photographic lighting sources or your display monitor settings.
Our policy lasts 10 days. If 10 days have gone by since your order delivery, unfortunately, we can’t offer you an exchange or refund.
To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
All international orders are final and are not applicable for a return/exchange. If you have received a defected product/wrong product/size, please write us an e-mail and we'll help you with getting a full/partial refund based on a case to case basis.

Goods once sold through the web-store can only be exchanged for replacement or refunded completely if they meet our terms and conditions. We accept only exchanges and provide refunds on items (except reduced/discounted or sale items) that are in their original condition (new, unused, unworn, unaltered and unwashed).
All the pieces are quality checked several times, however, if you are not satisfied with the product received by you and it is faulty or damaged please let us know via email. We shall see if we can replace the product depending on stock and availability. If we are unable to replace the product or remedy the fault then we will provide refund of the same amount within 7 working days once the garment reaches us back.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are shipping an item you should consider using a trackable shipping service.
Pieces which have been already exchanged once cannot be returned.
Submit a return request
Click the profile icon in the store's navigation, or go to the refund policy or a returns page, and then request a return.
1. Log in to your account:
- In the Email field, enter your email address, and then click Continue.
- In your email account, open the email sent from our store and copy the six-digit verification code included in the email.
- Go back to the online store, and then enter a six-digit verification code.
2. Click the order that you want to submit the return for.
3. If your order has more than one item, then select the items that you want to return.
4. Select a return reason and add a note for the store.
5. Click Request return.
If your return request is approved and requires shipping, then you receive an email with shipping instructions and a return shipping label. After the product is returned, you receive a refund.
